Ralf Kreutzberg is the CEO and Founder of HEADSAHEAD, an Executive Search firm specializing in placing top-level executives and advisory board members in medium-sized companies, corporations, and Non-Profits since 2007. Passionate about the mid-sized sector and entrepreneurship, he advises business owners and boards on key leadership roles, leveraging his expertise in family-run businesses, succession planning, and stakeholder interests. Throughout his career he has built a diverse leadership portfolio. After completing professional training at Deutsche Bank and earning a degree in business management from Bayreuth, he worked at Deloitte and gained valuable experience as a management consultant at DZ Bank. He also served on Deutsche Bank’s executive board for SME consulting and held the position of commercial managing director at Lenze. Ralf chairs the board of directors for the Hülpert Group, serves as vice chairman at Knauf Interfer SE, supports BeyondBuild, and is a member of AdAR’s expert committee on Executive Composition and Compensation.
