Paul Screen is CEO of City Energy Network (CEN), one of Britain’s biggest integrated providers of home heat retrofit services. Based in Cardiff, CEN employs more than 800 people and works closely with major energy companies, housing associations and local authorities across the UK. Paul has worked in the home services industry for over twenty years, with previous roles including Director of Operations at HomeServe Gas and Director of Operations at Home Energy Services. Born and raised in the Forest of Dean, Paul began his working life as a ‘man in a van’, before later taking a degree in Business Management and Environmental Policy from the University of Gloucestershire as a mature student.
