Hank Boyer works with some of America’s top companies, helping them implement best practice strategies and programs to improve their hiring, staff development, leadership effectiveness, and sales. Following a successful 24-year career as a corporate executive in technology and telecommunications during which he led an unprofitable $11M electronics firm to $54M with a 10%-plus profit margin in three- and one-half years, and a $24M telecom firm to $780M in seven years, Hank founded Boyer Management Group in 1998. He advises senior managers in both the profit and non-profit sectors and is a frequent seminar speaker. He’s authored more than 140 training programs currently utilized in North America, Europe, and Asia, and has trained more than 25,000 people in the disciplines of leadership and sales. He has been internationally recognized as an executive coach, being named in both 2023 and 2024 as CEO Monthly Magazine’s Most Influential CEO for Executive Coaching (Pennsylvania). Hank has written a number of books, including two textbooks on job search and career development that are in their eight editions. In addition to his business endeavors, Hank serves as an adult Bible teacher at A Church of Living Hope in Langhorne, as a Business Advisory Board member for Cairn Enactus, and is a grandfather of four. He resides in Bucks County PA with Mary, his wife of 44 years
